Terms of Use
Nature of Saderati services
Saderati is an introduction, coordination and facilitation portal connecting export applicants with relevant producers, traders or suppliers. We are not the direct manufacturer of every listed item, and the presence of a category or product on the website does not create a binding commitment to availability, price, quality or delivery.
Website content is not a final offer
Website information is provided for orientation, inquiry preparation and early decision support. No text, image, table or guide on the website replaces a proforma invoice, contract, datasheet, sample, laboratory result, official certificate, legal advice or specialist technical advice.
Food products and food-contact issues
For products connected with food, agriculture or consumer health, the buyer is responsible for checking destination-country rules, hygiene requirements, aflatoxin, moisture, pesticide residues, fumigation, phytosanitary certificates, labelling and food-contact permissions. Any food-contact or health claim should be accepted only through official documents, samples and final contract terms.
Buyer and supplier responsibility
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate specifications, destination, quantity, standards and import limitations. The supplier is responsible for the truthfulness of product information, documents, quality, capacity and commercial commitments. Saderati works to make the connection clearer but is not the direct party to the final sales contract unless separately agreed in writing.
Price, availability and market changes
Price, availability, production time, freight conditions, currency rates, packing cost and available documents may change. A commercial offer is valid only when confirmed in official correspondence, proforma invoice or contract with a stated validity period.
Acceptable website use
Users must not use the website to submit false information, violate third-party rights, send spam, attempt unauthorised access, copy content unlawfully or disrupt services. Saderati may reject or ignore incomplete, suspicious or out-of-scope requests.
